Born in Malaysia, James moved to Cornwall from Suffolk in 1996 as he needed to surf in a blue sea! He has 3 kids and enjoys the outdoors, particularly climbing on Penwith's fantastic granite sea cliffs. Another passion is Cuban music and dance and he helps to run a Latin dance club.
Emma moved to Cornwall from Suffolk in 1997 and now she and James have three daughters. Emma loves the Cornish landscape which inspires her artistically with her painting. Dance is also a passion and she helps to run a Latin Dance Club in Falmouth once a week.
Receptionist / Negotiator
As Karen’s name suggests she has strong Cornish ties. Although born in America, where many of her family emigrated to as miners, Karen grew up in Carbis Bay. On leaving college, she worked as a teacher in Lancashire. Back home her interests are in the St. Ives Archive centre and her church.
